As a myofascial and craniosacral therapist, I am passionate about facilitating each body’s natural wisdom and self-healing mechanisms through presence, listening, and intentional touch. My therapeutic approach is gentle yet deep — working with the body as a living system of interconnected tissue, information, and energy.

Sessions can look like an integrated blend of releasing fascial restrictions, working with the craniosacral structures and rhythm, and weaving in Thai-based movement and stretching. The aim is not to force change, but to be guided by the client’s body and to leverage the element of time and minimally invasive pressure in order to treat root causes for lasting results.

I bring with me a background as an activist and artist, with several years in nonprofit work centered on environmental justice and systems change, alongside an ongoing practice of visual art. Through this lens, I’m excited to support healthy, regulated, and grounded humans as part of supporting collective care and care for the earth. If you are an activist/nonprofit worker, please reach out to inquire about my sliding scale offer.
